Fresh Start Surgical Gifts has realized a dream of its founder, Dr. Dennis Nigro and opened a new clinic at Rady’s Childrens Hospital. Fresh Start provides reconstructive plastic surgery and related services to children and young adults with physical deformities. All services are provided free.
